Why Anora
We train people to work with their hands — on a spa table, a salon chair or a recovery bench — to a standard a floor would recognise. The paper only records the work.
Batches stay small enough that a trainer can reach every pair of hands. Exact size is confirmed when you apply — we will not sell a packed hall as intimacy.
You pass by completing a timed treatment or look on a person. Written notes support that. They do not replace it.
If you pass, you get an Anora ID that begins with ANO. You and an employer can confirm it on the verification page.
Draping, consent, hygiene and the words you use in the room are part of the skill — not a poster on the wall.
Jaipur, Delhi, Hyderabad and Bangalore run the same programmes to the same practical standard. The postcode does not buy a softer pass.
Completing Anora means you completed Anora. It is not a government licence, a medical qualification, or a job guarantee.
Programmes
Massage, beauty, sport, yoga and nutrition — all offline, trainer-led and assessed on a live practical.

Spa floor
From a first Swedish session to advanced spa work. You learn on the table, under a trainer who can reach every pair of hands.
View massage therapy courses
Salon chair
Skin, makeup and salon service as a craft: hygiene, consultation, and looks you can repeat under pressure.
View beautician courses
Recovery bench
Performance and recovery work for athletes and active clients. Anatomy first, then pressure, timing and clear limits.
View sports massage courses
Studio floor
Teach a class you can hold, and brief food without pretending to be a dietitian. Alignment, sequencing, plates and honest limits — practised in the room.
View yoga & nutrition coursesSports massage
Anora’s sports massage programme is for people who want to work with active bodies: pre-event, post-event and training-week maintenance. You learn anatomy, pressure and timing — and you learn what a massage therapist does not diagnose.

A day on the floor
Most of the timetable is table time, chair time or bench time. Notes exist to make your hands safer — not to fill a workbook.
Clean nails, clothes you can move in, phones away. The room is set like a small spa, salon or recovery floor — not a lecture hall.
Mornings cover the body, skin or sport science you need that day. A trainer shows the sequence on a live model before you try it.
You work on classmates and booked models. A trainer moves between tables, chairs or benches and stops you when pressure, draping or makeup is off.
You finish the way a floor finishes: linen, tools, a brief note, and language you would actually use with a guest.

How training works

Eight leads across four cities. They correct stance, pressure, makeup, a class or a consult in the room — not only after class on a form.

No. Foundation Massage Therapy, Foundation Beautician, Foundation Yoga Teaching and Nutrition for Wellness Practice are built for complete beginners. Professional, advanced, bridal, nail, event-recovery and sports programmes assume you already have some supervised practice or have completed a foundation course.
No. Anora is an offline, practical academy. Training happens in Jaipur, Delhi, Hyderabad and Bangalore so a trainer can correct your hands, not only your notes.
No. An Anora certificate shows you completed a specified Anora programme. It is not government accreditation, a statutory licence, or a third-party board credential unless we state that in writing and it can be verified.
We prepare you for spa, salon and recovery work and introduce you to how those floors hire. We do not guarantee placement. Employers decide. What we do guarantee is supervised hours and a clear practical standard.
