Anora Academy collects only what we need to run admissions, teaching and certificate records. This page explains what that is and how to reach us about it.
What we collect
- Application details: name, mobile number, optional email, city, state, course interest and career goal
- Contact-form messages and any role you mention
- Certificate records needed to verify an ID (name, course, centre, enrollment number, and a masked Aadhaar last-four)
- Graduate identity collected by staff: highest studies, current city, and Aadhaar number. The full Aadhaar number is stored only for academy staff. Public verification and the printed certificate show only the last four digits.
How we use it
We use this information to reply to you, run batches, keep attendance and assessment records, and confirm a certificate when someone checks an ID. We do not sell applicant lists.
Who we share with
Campus staff and admissions see the records they need to do their job. Hosting and form storage run on our service providers (including Firebase). We share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Application and student records are kept for as long as we need them to run the academy and answer verification requests, then deleted or archived.
Your choices
Write to admissions@anora.academy if you want to correct your details or ask what we hold about you. Some records we must keep while a certificate remains verifiable.
