Beginner
Foundation Yoga Teaching
You leave able to teach a 45-minute foundation class: arrive, brief, lead, and finish without copying a reel. Assessed on a live class, not a written mantra test.
Curriculum
Module 1: Body on the mat
Basic anatomy for asana, stance, and how to see a student without turning the class into a lecture.
Module 2: Breath & sequence
Simple breath work, a repeatable 45-minute arc, and language that is clear rather than theatrical.
Module 3: The room
Adjustments you may offer, variations, and when a student should not be in the pose at all.
Module 4: Teaching practical
You teach a timed class on classmates. That is the standard we certify — not a slogan about lineage.
Who this is for
Complete beginners, regular practitioners who want to teach, and wellness staff adding a class to a spa or studio floor. Not a government yoga board credential.
