FAQ
Straight answers before you apply.
If your question is about a specific batch date or instalment plan, write to admissions — those change by city.
Do I need experience to join?
No. Foundation Massage Therapy, Foundation Beautician, Foundation Yoga Teaching and Nutrition for Wellness Practice are built for complete beginners. Professional, advanced, bridal, nail, event-recovery and sports programmes assume you already have some supervised practice or have completed a foundation course.
Are the courses online?
No. Anora is an offline, practical academy. Training happens in Jaipur, Delhi, Hyderabad and Bangalore so a trainer can correct your hands, not only your notes.
Is the certificate a government licence?
No. An Anora certificate shows you completed a specified Anora programme. It is not government accreditation, a statutory licence, or a third-party board credential unless we state that in writing and it can be verified.
Will Anora get me a job?
We prepare you for spa, salon and recovery work and introduce you to how those floors hire. We do not guarantee placement. Employers decide. What we do guarantee is supervised hours and a clear practical standard.
How big are the batches?
Practical groups stay small enough for a trainer to watch every table. Exact size varies by city and course; admissions will confirm the next batch size when you apply.
Can I pay in instalments?
Often yes, depending on the course and city. Mention this when you apply and the admissions team will share the current options. Fees listed on the site are the full course fee.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes you can move in, a notebook, and short, clean nails. Beautician students should come without heavy makeup on practical days. Yoga students should be able to sit and stand on a mat. Uniform, kit and table details are shared after your seat is confirmed.
How do I verify a certificate?
Use the Certificate Verification page and enter the ID printed on the document. Valid Anora IDs begin with ANO. Graduates can also log in with the mobile number the academy registered and download the PDF.
What is included in the course fee?
The listed fee is the full programme fee for trainer-led, offline teaching, supervised practice, and a live practical. If you pass, you receive an Anora certificate with a public ID. Uniform, kit and station details are confirmed after your seat is offered. Travel, stay and meals are not included.
Can I visit a centre before I apply?
Yes. Write to admissions with the city you want to see. We will offer a viewing slot that does not interrupt a practical, and we will not ask you to enrol on the doorstep.
Are batches mixed, and who do we practise on?
Practical groups include the people who enrolled for that intake. You practise on classmates and on booked live models. Photos of a person on the table or in the chair are not part of the course unless consent is explicit.
What language is training in?
Trainers teach in English and Hindi as the room needs. Assessment is a live practical, so what matters is that you can take a brief, treat, and explain aftercare clearly.
Is there a minimum age or qualification?
You should be 18 or older. Foundation programmes do not require a prior wellness qualification. Professional, advanced, bridal, nail, event-recovery and sports programmes expect some supervised practice or a completed foundation course.
What if I miss a practical or do not pass?
The certificate is issued only after you pass the live practical. If you need a retake, admissions will share the current option for that city and intake. We do not post a certificate because the weeks are over.
Do you offer refunds?
Fee, instalment and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing when a seat is offered. They can differ by city. Read that note before you pay — the website lists the full course fee, not a private deal.
