Curriculum
Module 1: Assessment & sequencing
How to read a body, plan pressure, and build a session that has a beginning, middle and end.
Module 2: Deep tissue & sports
Slower work, trigger-point awareness, and safe approaches to common tightness.
Module 3: Spa modalities
Thai fundamentals, Balinese flow, Indian head massage, reflexology, oils and stones.
Module 4: Professional practice
Timing, notes, ethics, and a practical assessment on a live model.
Who this is for
Foundation graduates, working spa staff who want formal technique, and people committed to a first role in massage therapy.
What you should leave with
- Deliver a 75–90 minute professional spa session
- Choose a modality that fits the client's request
- Work to hygiene, draping and communication standards used in spas
How you are assessed
You are assessed on a live practical: a complete, timed treatment, look, class or consult, with hygiene, briefing and aftercare. The certificate is issued only if you pass. It records the Anora programme you completed. It is not a government licence.
What the fee covers
- Trainer-led, offline teaching for the listed duration
- Supervised practice on classmates and live models
- A live practical assessment
- An Anora certificate with a public ID if you pass
Uniform, kit and station details, plus any instalment plan, are confirmed after a seat is offered. Travel, stay, meals and a job are not included.
