Career programme
Nutrition for Wellness Practice
You leave able to sit with a client, read a day’s food without shame, and suggest a plate a kitchen can actually cook. Assessed on a live consult, not a calorie spreadsheet.
Curriculum
Module 1: The plate
Macronutrients in plain language, common Indian meals, and how to talk about food without moralising.
Module 2: The consult
Taking a brief, spotting a pattern, and writing a plate a client can follow for a week.
Module 3: Limits
Weight-loss hype, supplements, medical conditions — and the sentences you will not say.
Module 4: Consult practical
A live consult with a model client, plus a written brief the trainer can check.
Who this is for
Spa and studio staff, yoga teachers, therapists adding a food conversation, and career switchers. Not a clinical nutrition or dietetics qualification.
What you should leave with
- Run a 30-minute food consult without overselling
- Write a one-week plate a home kitchen can cook
- Refer out when the question is medical or clinical
How you are assessed
You are assessed on a live practical: a complete, timed treatment, look, class or consult, with hygiene, briefing and aftercare. The certificate is issued only if you pass. It records the Anora programme you completed. It is not a government licence.
What the fee covers
- Trainer-led, offline teaching for the listed duration
- Supervised practice on classmates and live models
- A live practical assessment
- An Anora certificate with a public ID if you pass
Uniform, kit and station details, plus any instalment plan, are confirmed after a seat is offered. Travel, stay, meals and a job are not included.
