Curriculum
Module 1: Body & hygiene
Major muscle groups, posture, sanitation, draping and professional boundaries.
Module 2: Consultation
How to greet a client, take a brief history, and decide what is appropriate to treat.
Module 3: Swedish foundations
Effleurage, petrissage, friction and sequence building for a full-body session.
Module 4: Practical assessment
A live practical where you demonstrate a complete, safe, timed treatment.
Who this is for
People new to wellness work, career switchers, and anyone who wants a solid, supervised start before a longer professional programme.
What you should leave with
- Perform a clean 60-minute Swedish-style session
- Set up a treatment table and maintain hygiene
- Speak clearly with a client before and after a session
How you are assessed
You are assessed on a live practical: a complete, timed treatment, look, class or consult, with hygiene, briefing and aftercare. The certificate is issued only if you pass. It records the Anora programme you completed. It is not a government licence.
What the fee covers
- Trainer-led, offline teaching for the listed duration
- Supervised practice on classmates and live models
- A live practical assessment
- An Anora certificate with a public ID if you pass
Uniform, kit and station details, plus any instalment plan, are confirmed after a seat is offered. Travel, stay, meals and a job are not included.
